I met up with a friend here for dinner because I've been wanting to dine for the novel experience. I love the walls showcasing all the flavors of ramen available. A lot of rare flavors and combinations possible. The place itself is clean and well maintained with a good amount of seating available. I ended up getting the beef birria noodle soup, with a soft boiled egg, and the spicy mala oil. Overall a fun dining experience.

Kind of a fun experience ... but it embodies the "we have this at home!!!" It is pricey for an instant ramen + random toppings. Some of them can be unique and interesting combinations, but unless you're paying $15 for the combos one can be left wanting something more. Can be fun eating solo or with friends, although there are few group tables. Very minimal service touchpoints; depending how introverted you are that may be a good or bad thing. Especially because order and payment is done via kiosk or phone. The one server preps the ramen and sides/toppings you choose and hands it to you; the number written on the tray sticker notes the setting to use at the water boiling station. It's quite straightforward, that you click the setting and cook the ramen there. Because of this, the ramen is served very hot! Overall a fun experience to go with friends and offers good inspiration for the next time you make instant ramen at home.

Instant noodles in a restaurant? Why not! Pros: - Great selection of ramen, over 100 total - Plenty of noodle topping add-on options - Self ordering, but staff was nice and helpful - Easy instructions and one button cooking Cons: - Selection mostly from Japan, Korea, and China - Price could add up fast if you add toppings - Not everything on display was available - Self ordering could get confusing at times I love a good instant noodle. I have tried so many brands and types of noodles from all over Asia. With that said, I have been hesitant to try this relatively new place in LIC because I'll be overpaying for something I can easily do at home. However, i'm glad I visited this unique restaurant. The space has mostly counter seating and couple of tables. The walls were decorated with a large noodle display, combo options, and multiple menus. I was feeling a Chinese lamb noodle, but they were sold out. Then I tried ordering two different Chinese seafood noodle, but once again, both not available. Lesson of the day - stay away from the Chinese flavor options. Lol One of the staff member recommended me the Nissin Seafood Cup Noodle ($6), which costed more than my original choices (between $4.50 to $5.50). However, for my trouble, she gave me two for the price of one. For the freebies, I added scallions, corn, and fried garlic. Then, I topped it off with fish cake w/ onion ($1.50) and a marinated soft boil egg ($2), which were both excellent. The total cost of the meal was about $10.50 including tax. You throw away your own garbage. I tried tipping, but staff member behind the curtain said it was not necessary. Overall, I really enjoyed it, and would come back to try other interesting instant noodles.

We've had our fair share of instant noodles growing up, so it's so cool to see our memories of instant noodles culminating in an Instant Noodle Factory. This spot elevates ordinary noodles into a novel experience that's not limited to just college dorm rooms and late night eats. Instant noodles are so convenient for a quick lunch or as a snack, and it's so easy to prepare by simply adding boiling water. It's pretty awesome to see how a meal like this has been turned into such a fun concept in LIC. I love the wall of ramen showcasing all the different types of ramen right when you walk in. They even have the spice level of each noodle displayed. My friends and I ordered the beef birria, mala madness, champong, and duck duck noods, which are mostly combinations of classic instant noodles. With each noodle dish, you have the option to add extra toppings and sides on - we opted for toppings such as corn, fried fishballs, shrimp shumai, scallions, shrimp, and fried fish cakes. Ben, of course, got the beef birria noodle soup, which comes with tender marinated beef, corn, and jalapeños. The duck duck noods come with a pulled duck leg, scallions, and a soft-boiled egg. The mala madness is a combination of Buldak Fire noodles and mala spice. Our cousin loves spice, so he handled it really well - he could've upgraded to the Buldak 2x spicy. I got champong, a spicy seafood noodle soup, and added corn, shrimp, and fried fish cakes with edamame. Don't forget a drink to wash the noodles down! I really liked the iced lychee yakult tea and peach iced tea.

Love Instant Noodle Factory more and more each time I go. I literally want to try every type of noodle they feature on the noodle wall. Not sure how spicy I will ever go but only time will tell. Given that you are pretty much in charge of cooking your noodles via the directions given to you (I mess up every single time and whatever staff is around is always super sweet in helping me) and that might throw some people off, but this spot is quintessential Queens. Fun, slightly kitschy but most of all very delicious! Another thing to note is the beef birria stacks up to others. I'll throw beef birria on anything any day especially noodles!

This was quite the experience! I'm not a huge instant noodle person. I like them, but they're never my first choice. But this spot was recommended to me and I figured why not?! The shop itself is decorated perfectly and very Instagram friendly. The ordering process was very simple. You order your noodles and toppings/ingredients on a kiosk and then they bring everything out on a tray for you. You then cook your noodles with their machines that add hot water as you stir everything up. The beef birria noodles I had were very good! It had really good flavor for instant noodles and some extra toppings like the jalapeños. It was very hot for a long time so I added in some rice to soak up the water and also help cool it down a bit. They give you a spoon and chopsticks so better practice up your chopstick noodle skills before heading over here! This was a cool experience and I would go back. It's fun!

Very fun concept! You order your meal from a kiosk, then an attendant comes out to help. I tried the laksa, which was just OK (I know, that's what I get for ordering the outlier at a mostly ramen-focused place) but the chirashu in it was amazing. Don't know if I'll be back because it's kind of out of the way from the Court Square area, but glad I tried it once. Ramen wall is cool and there is plenty of seating.
